The Twin Box Slitter (TBS) is a machine produced by BWP in both our Phillips and Sheboygan facilities which allows a corrugated box making machine to double its production rate, producing up to 800 fully recyclable boxes per minute! Originally introduced in 1993, this machine was re-designed in 2016 to support the trends in on-line purchasing and home deliveries. Fortunately, it was in place in many packaging facilities when Covid hit in 2020, allowing box manufacturers to produce at the rate required to satisfy the spike in demand for boxes.
