Pack Air Inc. is pushing conveying equipment to its maximum potential with this head-turning Multi-Lane Accumulator. This system was designed to run 1.25-inch to 1.75-inch diameter cylindrical shaped food or non-food products at a rate of 350 products per minute, and hold approximately 3000 products for more than 8 minutes of total accumulation. Pack Air Inc. offers the ability to customize this design based on the manufacturer’s requirements. This device differs from traditional mass flow or recirculating accumulation tables because it truly allows for a FIFO (First-In-First-Out) material flow by systematically filling and emptying individual lanes of product.
