These stainless-steel pressure vessels were critical to the customer’s new facility, and through design optimizations, such as eliminating elliptical heads, we reduced lead times and lowered costs.

We efficiently manufactured large vessel components using advanced seam welding equipment and automated processes, minimizing manual welding and accelerating project timelines. Our skilled trades team leveraged their expertise to meet tight deadlines, completing the first vessel in six weeks and delivering the entire project well ahead of schedule.
