The Bronze 3D printing process, using fused filament fabrication (FFF), is an innovative technique that combines traditional metalworking with modern additive manufacturing technology. Unlike the conventional bronze casting process at a foundry, such as lost wax casting, bronze 3D printing uses metal filaments to build the object layer by layer directly from a digital model. All you need is an open architecture 3D printer, a 0.6mm hardened steel nozzle, a Filawarmer, and a model to print. Then you can debind and sinter it in a standard kiln to create a pure bronze part.
