A product that digitizes or scans books without damaging the books, and when books are placed on its built-in book cradle and placed in a normal reading position. This product can also scan newspapers, magazines, maps or any printed material. It is an overhead scanner. The resulting digitized files are in common formats such as JPEG, TIFF and PDF. It uses tri-linear CCD technology, and it is the only product of its kind made in the USA. Users are university, public and county libraries, county recorders, and anyone or any organization that is digitizing bound books and unbound documents.
