The RMC-40 is our newest offering in the Additive Manufacturing machine market. Boasting an enormous 2.25 cubic meter build volume it is one of the largest fully enclosed machines available in the US. With a high volume Pellet Extruder and a high volume Filament extruder it offers a dramatic range of printing capabilities with open source materials. It can print a highly detailed model or produce a near net shape model with astonishing speed.
Compound Dynamics has machines around the US and Canada but the RMC-40 was built for a Wisconsin company, our first sale in our home state!
Specs include: build volume 1.5 x 1.5 x 1 meter, print bed temp of 150C, pellet extruder temp of 500C, filament extruder temp of 450C, Yaskawa CNC control of all axis, on-board filament dry cabinet, on board pellet drying, full size PC operator station, fully enclosed and insulated build chamber, vacuum print bed, mesh bed leveling, custom HMI and customized slicing software.
