Bucky Badger (Mascot Costume)

At Olympus Mascots, we create custom mascot costumes for a diverse range of clients, including schools, sports teams, corporations, and non-profits. While each of our custom mascots is unique, we hold a special place in our hearts for UW Madison’s Bucky Badger. The mascot version of Bucky has been around since 1949 and has undergone several updates over the years. Our current President and Owner, Brian Adam, was Bucky Badger’s mascot performer from 1998 to 2001. It was during this time that UW Madison sought to update Bucky’s costume to meet modern standards. Coincidentally, Brian’s father, Helmut Adam, owned Olympus Mascots at the time, making us the perfect choice to take on the challenge of creating an updated Bucky Badger. Since then, we’ve been producing Bucky, a responsibility we hold with pride!
